Who I Help:
If you’ve ever felt unheard, dismissed, or overwhelmed—I built this work for you.
Students
I work with students—especially those who are misunderstood or mislabeled. Whether they’re shut down, angry, behind in school, or spiraling from executive dysfunction, I help them build routines, regain confidence, and find a path forward that honors their brain and their goals.

Young Adults & “Failure to Launch” Clients
For the 20-something who’s still stuck at home, burned out, or lost—I help build sustainable routines, independent thinking, and realistic systems to move life forward. No shame. Just strategy that meets them where they are and builds momentum.

Parents & Caregivers
If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to help your child without enabling them, you’re not alone. I equip parents to become advocates, rebuild communication at home, and create clarity in the chaos. No more fighting every morning. No more going into school meetings blind.

Entrepreneurs with ADHD
Running a business with an ADHD brain is a full-time challenge. I work with entrepreneurs who are brilliant—but disorganized, inconsistent, or burned out. We build executive function frameworks that help you stay focused, finish what matters, and grow your business without losing yourself.
Nicole Prussman
Licensed educator, special education advocate, and executive function coach with over 20 years of experience in classrooms, curriculum, and system-level reform.
Nicole worked within large-scale national education reform initiatives connected to organizations such as the College Board and major federal education programs, gaining firsthand insight into how educational systems operate at the institutional level. Today, she uses that experience to help families navigate school systems with clarity and advocate confidently for their children.
She’s known for telling the truth, defending families, and building practical systems that actually stick. Her work is fueled by deep compassion, lived experience, and the belief that kids aren’t broken—systems are.
Nicole’s work is guided by her faith, her role as a mother, and her commitment to truth-telling, strong boundaries, and compassionate strategy.
This isn’t just a business—it’s a calling to help families rise, rebuild, and reclaim their voice.
